The competition is open to original and unpublished scores for string quartet (2 violin, viola, cello). No age or nationality limits. No registration fee.

There will be two prizes of €2.000 each for the two level

1). Primary or intermediate level of instrumental difficulty (Level A);

2). Advanced level of instrumental difficulty (Level B).

Casa Ricordi-Universal will publish, and Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia Rome will premiere the two winning scores.

The length of musical scores must be maximum 12 minutes.

The score and documentation requested by the call (which can be downloaded together with application form from the website www.associazionepierofarulli.com) must be sent by wetransfer to concorsocomposizione@associazionepierofarulli.com no later than June 30,
